Jim has been a busy boy in the kitchen the past few weeks! He's been busy creating some very delicious dishes that he thinks you will definitely enjoy! Check them out below, better yet, come on down and give them all a try, you wont be disappointed!
Pistachio Encrusted Salmon
A large portion of Fresh Salmon hand tossed in seasoned flour & roasted pistachios. Pan seared and served on top of a delightful Mango Chipotle Sauce. Served with potatoes and fresh vegetables!
Aaron's Chicken Farfalle
A generous portion of Grilled Chicken sautéed with red & green onions, bacon tossed in a rich Asiago Cream Sauce and served over bowtie pasta. Your taste buds are going to love this blend of flavors!
Chicken St. Bradley
Lightly breaded & seasoned chicken breast, sautéed with artichoke hearts, bacon, mushrooms & capers tossed in lemon butter! Served over a huge portion of angel hair pasta! This is a crowd pleaser for sure, you certainly won't go away hungry!
Rock 4 A Reason November 14th!
Please join Big Daddy & Friends on November 14th from 7:00 pm to close for the Rock 4 A Reason Concert to benefit the Maine Children’s Cancer Program. Not only will there be great raffle prizes but your favorite local bands will be jamming well into the night until last call! All $10 donations at the door will go to the Children’s Cancer Program right here in Maine. No better way to spend a November evening than listening to live music and helping a great cause!

Yes you read it correctly! Lobster Insanity is still going on at Big Daddy's! The All You Can Eat Lobster is now $22.99 per person (limit 6 per person). We've even added a few new Lobster dishes to the menu that are sure to please! Get it while you can before lobster prices go up!
